    Who We Are

    North America International Communication Association (NAICA) is an officially registered non-profit organization with independent legal personality, approved by the Government of Canada. Its headquarters is located in Toronto, Canada.

    Staffed with an advisory team of experienced industry experts, our mission is to establish and advance all-round, in-depth and wide-ranging exchanges and cooperation between North America and China, with a particular focus on Canada-China relations. By launching innovative exchange programs and activities, we strive to build a practical and efficient platform to fully achieve mutual benefit, common development and win-win outcomes for both sides.

    Leveraging our long-standing close ties with government authorities, various associations and institutions, we conduct diverse exchanges and cooperation in economy & trade, culture, education, science and technology and other fields. We aim to help North America better understand China, take concrete actions to facilitate bilateral economic and cultural interactions, foster friendly and trust-based partnerships, and ultimately realize our core goals: mutual assistance and benefit, shared win-win results, and lasting friendship.

    Arrange reciprocal visits & study tours for government and civil sectors across politics, economy, culture, science, technology and environmental protection.

    Host and join bilateral & multilateral international events such as forums, seminars and exhibitions to discuss shared topics and seek cooperation.

    Connect overseas and domestic businesses and organizations, advance economic and technological collaboration between North America and China, and enhance mutual friendship.

    Organized a Canadian Education Delegation. Under the arrangement of the Asia Education Forum Beijing, the delegation visited the 21st Century School affiliated to Beijing Xihua Education Group, Langfang No.1 High School and other institutions.

    Legal Counsel

    LLM graduate from University of Toronto, practicing at a prestigious Canadian local law firm. Bar-qualified in Canada (Ontario) and China. Provides full legal support for cross-border projects, contract review and compliance risk management.

    Eiffel Sun

    Investment & Risk Consultant (CFA、FRM、MMF)

    Master of Mathematical Finance (University of Toronto) with CFA, FRM and MMF credentials. Over 10 years of experience in banking, risk modeling and cross-border investment. Delivers professional risk control and investment consulting for the Association’s financial cooperation programs.

    Accounting Consultant (CPA,CGA)

    Licensed Canadian CPA, CGA. Professional in cross-border taxation, project financing and corporate financial consulting. Founder of local accounting firm with real estate finance and overseas enterprise service experience. Oversees association financial accounting, tax planning and financial compliance management.

    Annie Wang

    FinTech Product & Project Management Consultant

    Rotman Commerce Bachelor (U of T) & Schulich IMBA. Senior FinTech PM expert with experience at a top Canadian FinTech firm and Royal Bank of Canada (Canada’s largest bank), specializing in team expansion and PE/VC M&A. Oversees daily operations, project delivery and external liaison.
